Look, we started Zephyrix back in 2019 because honestly, we were tired of the same old fitness BS. You know - the endless treadmill sessions, the bro-science, the "no pain, no gain" nonsense that actually just causes injuries.
Our founder, Marcus Chen, was a competitive athlete who'd been through the wringer with ineffective training programs. After working with elite coaches across North America and getting certified in like, way too many disciplines (his words), he realized something pretty obvious: most people aren't getting results 'cause they're training all wrong.
So here we are. A crew of coaches who've actually lived this stuff - competitive athletes, former trainers from big-box gyms who got fed up, nutrition nerds who don't believe in fad diets. We built this place for people who want real results without the fluff.
We're obsessed with HIIT and athletic performance 'cause it works. Period. Not because it's trendy, but because when you understand movement mechanics, energy systems, and recovery, you can actually transform how your body performs.

We're not trying to beat you into the ground. Smart training means knowing when to push and when to recover. Our coaches will call you out if you're overdoing it, 'cause we'd rather you train consistently for years than burn out in six months.
From a 2,000 sq ft basement space to Vancouver's go-to performance training facility.
Started in a cramped basement with 8 kettlebells, a pull-up bar, and 12 founding members who believed in the vision. Those early morning sessions were rough but real.
You know what happened. We pivoted to online training, outdoor sessions in the rain (very Vancouver), and actually discovered some killer programming techniques we still use today.
Moved into our current 8,500 sq ft facility on Burrard Street. Added state-of-the-art equipment, recovery zones, and proper coaching spaces. Membership tripled in six months.
Launched our nutrition program and added specialized athletic coaching. Brought on some incredible coaches who've worked with Olympic athletes and pro teams.
We're recognized as one of Vancouver's top performance training facilities. But honestly, we're most proud of the members who've hit goals they never thought possible. That's what keeps us going.
